Weigh-In Wednesday


I almost missed posting my Wednesday weigh-in this week, but I wanted to make sure to post about it.  Sorry no pictures or video this week.


Last week: 180.5
This week: 179.8
Total loss: 0.7lbs

I'm in the 170's...woohooo!!! I didn't have as big of a loss this week, but it's still a loss so I'll take it! There were several things that contributed to a smaller loss this week.  The good news is that I'm doing better and really enjoying the challenge.  

I've been working out really hard, but my eating still needs to get better.  So my goal this week is to really focus on eating good by tracking my food and pre-planning my meals.

  17. Make sure that you have not only spelled everything correctly and used proper grammar, but also that you have worded things in the most useful way possible. Be sure that the things you say in a progress report are helpful and what you want to say. Read your progress report over several times before sending it off to parents. Thanks a lot.

  18. A weight loss group can provide you with support and motivation as you try to work off unwanted pounds. Your coworkers could be ideal partners in helping you achieve this goal. Chances are there is a group of coworkers who are struggling to maintain their ideal weights as well. Start a support group to bring these people together and add a competitive element to jump start weight loss. Thanks for sharing.

In diet foods which replace the sugar with lower, food, energy substitutes, there is some controversy based around the possibility that the sugar substitutes used to replace sugar are themselves harmful. Even if this question is satisfactorily resolved, the question still remains as to whether the benefits of food energy reduction would outweigh the potential loss. Thanks.
