I almost missed posting my Wednesday weigh-in this week, but I wanted to make sure to post about it. Sorry no pictures or video this week.

This week: 179.8
Total loss: 0.7lbs
I'm in the 170's...woohooo!!! I didn't have as big of a loss this week, but it's still a loss so I'll take it! There were several things that contributed to a smaller loss this week. The good news is that I'm doing better and really enjoying the challenge.
I've been working out really hard, but my eating still needs to get better. So my goal this week is to really focus on eating good by tracking my food and pre-planning my meals.
