Weigh-In Wednesday

Last week: 182.7
This week: 180.5
Total loss: 2.2lbs

This was the first week of the challenge that I'm doing and it was a great way to help me get back on track.  I didn't do quite as good with my eating and working out as I wanted to, but I'm getting there!

I decided that my overall goal for the challenge is to be in the 160's.  So that means I need to lose 12 more pounds by the end of September.  I feel like this is an attainable goal and I'm going to work as hard as I can to reach it.

Here are my continued goals for the week:
  1. Pre-plan all my meals and workouts
  2. Track all my food
  3. Workout 5 days per week
  4. Drink at least 64oz. of water
  5. Stay accountable by reporting on my progress and blogging consistently

If anyone is interested in watching my weekly weigh-in video, I've posted it below.  It's been 2.5 months since I made a video and it was crazy to realize that in all of that time, I only lost a little over a pound.  I'm thankful with everything that's been going on in my life that I didn't gain anything, but this motivates me even more to keep losing!

  7. I like that top, too! And you are looking thin. This is old news I'm sure, but look at your BOOBies sticking out farther than your belly EVEN IN A SPORTS BRA! (Wait, I'm assuming it's a sports bra, since you're in some workout gear.)
