This was the first week of the challenge that I'm doing and it was a great way to help me get back on track. I didn't do quite as good with my eating and working out as I wanted to, but I'm getting there!
I decided that my overall goal for the challenge is to be in the 160's. So that means I need to lose 12 more pounds by the end of September. I feel like this is an attainable goal and I'm going to work as hard as I can to reach it.
Here are my continued goals for the week:
- Pre-plan all my meals and workouts
- Track all my food
- Workout 5 days per week
- Drink at least 64oz. of water
- Stay accountable by reporting on my progress and blogging consistently

It's been 2.5 months since I made a video and it was crazy to realize that in all of that time, I only lost a little over a pound. I'm thankful with everything that's been going on in my life that I didn't gain anything, but this motivates me even more to keep losing!
