This week I weighed in at 181.8 for a loss of 2.0lbs over 2 weeks and a total loss of 83.5lbs.
I feel pretty good about this week. I worked out really hard and tracked my calories every single day. Of course I wish that the weight would come off faster than 1 pound per week, but I just have to do everything I know how to do and be happy with whatever happens. I really try and stay focused on the positive and how far I've already come.
I'm so excited because I get to have these springs taken out of my mouth on Friday so I'll finally be able to talk normal and actually chew again! I'm really glad I've had these to correct my bite, but it hasn't been a very fun experience, so I'm ecstatic that it's almost over! I can deal with the braces as long as I don't have these springs!
