Sick Day

I'm still not feeling well.  I'm just dealing with this nasty head cold.  I've been debating all morning about what do to today.  After working for part of the day I'm thinking I need to just take the rest of the day and try to relax and get to feeling better.

I'm so bummed because I'm going to miss my workout today and miss support group tonight.  Last month I had to miss too because I was out of town.  :(  I just need to get feeling better because the rest of the week is crazy busy.  Oh well.  I need to do what's best for me and for right now that is getting better.

  1. I have learned that we will either give our bodies the rest they need or they will take it. So take the day off, get your rest, and feel better soon.

  3. Get yourself tucked up under a few blankets with some honey and lemon in hot water. Hope you feel better soon.
