This week I weighed in at 199.2. Over the last 3 weeks I have gone up by 0.2lbs. As much as it sucks that I haven't lost weight for 3 weeks, I'm really happy that this number wasn't higher. I am certain that without the lap-band I would have gained quite a bit of weight while being gone so long. Thankfully the lap-band kept my portions in check and helped me to stay away from some foods that I shouldn't be eating.
So here is my plan for the week:
- Workout 4-5 times
- Plan my meals
- Track everything I eat
- Start taking vitamins again
- Stay around 1200 calories a day
I'm excited to get back on track and start losing weight again!
