This week I weighed in at 201.8 for a loss this week of 0.4lbs and a total loss of 63.5lbs. I'm super happy with the loss considering how the last couple of weeks have gone. I'm just happy to not have a gain! My goal of being under 200 by the end of the year didn't happen, but I am so close! I'm not worried about it and I know I will get there hopefully next week.
In my video I talk about having to travel the next two weeks for work. I have to stay on track while I'm out of town. Do any of you have any advice or helpful hints for sticking with your diet and exercise while traveling? I've traveled since I had my lap-band, but I was on vacation so I wasn't as worried about it, but this time it's for work and I am not going to get off plan!
