My weigh-in post this week is super late, but I promised myself that I will post about my weight every week even if I am busy or if I'm not happy with the loss...so here it is.
This week (on Christmas) I weighed in at 202.2 for a loss of 0lbs. Obviously I wanted to lose more and be closer to under 200 pounds, but I'm happy I didn't gain. This last week was hard with the funeral and Christmas celebrations. I didn't eat horrible, but I definitely didn't make the best food choices and didn't workout like I normally do. It's hard for me when I'm out of my normal routine. But this week will be better and even if I don't make my goal of under 200 by New Years, I will get there soon!
