Weekly Weigh-In #29

This week I weighed in at 202.2 for a total loss of 2.6lbs!  I was so happy with my loss this week and I really worked hard for it!  I worked out harder in the gym and added a more exercise than I normally do.  Unfortunately since Sunday my weight has gone up and it's been staying more around 204, so I'm hoping it will go down by next Sunday.  Last week I did good, this week not so much!  But now that everything with the funeral is over, I'm going to get back into my routine of eating right and working out (well at least until Saturday)!  I'm still going to try and work really hard to get under 200 by the end of the year.

  1. Everyone is different so different types of diet plans work for each person. I eat five to six small meals per day to keep my metabolism going and I get about 45 minutes of cardio exercises in about three to four times a week. Foods that help me build muscle and burn fat are whole grains, fish or other foods high in protein. Fresh fruits and vegetables curb my sweet cravings and they improve my overall immune system. Many celebs eat 30 percent of carbs, 30 percent of proteins and 40 percent of fats in which seems to help me also.

  2. Great loss Andrea. Given what's been happening with your family - go easy on yourself ok. You will get to 200! Go all out this week coming up :)
