This week I lost 1.2lbs for a total loss of 60.5lbs since the beginning of my weight loss journey. I'm so thrilled that the scale is consistently moving down. Especially after being stalled out for 2 weeks, I am so thankful to see the numbers going down. I hit the 60 pounds lost milestone this week! Yeeehawww!!!
I'm so close to reaching a couple of big goals and I'm going to keep working really hard to get there! I still really hope to be under 200lbs before the end of the year. These next couple of weeks I just have to really stay focused. I'm actually happy that I'm so close to "Onderland" at this time of year because it will really help with all the holiday temptations. I'm also 2 pounds away from being half-way to my ultimate goal of 140lbs! I couldn't be more happy with how things have been going and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon!
This week has been super busy, but I still managed to make my eating and working out a priority.
My goals for the week are to:
- Take vitamins daily
- Drink at least 64oz of water
- Workout at least 4 days
- Keep calories under 1400
- Plan and pre-track my meals and calories
- Attend lap-band support group
