This week I lost 1.0lbs for a total loss of 56.7 since the beginning of May. I'm glad I lost weight this week since I pretty much had stalled out the last two weeks. I'm still going to push hard for my goal of being under 200lbs by the end of the year.
I'm spending a long weekend visiting my friend Holly and her husband Jake in Oklahoma. We've had lots of fun and have been able to just chill too. Yesterday Holly and I went to see Breaking Dawn. It was fun...super cheesy, but we loved it! On the way home we saw a lady selling Dachshund's on the side of the road. Holly really wanted one so we decided to pull over. They were so cute! Holly called her husband and he agreed that they could get one. So we've spend the rest of the weekend playing with this adorable puppy. Her name is Dobby and she is so cute! She loves her Aunt Andrea! :)
Tomorrow I head back home for a busy week ahead. I'm on vacation this week, but I have a lot of stuff that I want to get done. My cousin is going to come over on Tuesday and help me put up my 12 foot tree! Every year I ask myself why in the world I bought a tree that tall. It's so beautiful though. I'll be sure to post a picture of it when we get it put up.
Goals for this week:
- Drink at least 64 oz of water per day
- Workout at least 3 times
- Only allow myself to indulge for Thanksgiving dinner
- Track all food and stay under 1400 calories
