Okay so I am going to admit I am a little frustrated with my weight today. It is exactly the same as last week. I know that I will have some plateau's but this stinks! I guess it wouldn't really bother me as much if I had eaten bad or not worked out, but that's not the case. I ate really good and worked out 5 times this week. Hopefully next week will make up for this week! I'm just going to keep making good choices and hope my weight catches up.
