Weekly Weigh-In #24



Okay so I am going to admit I am a little frustrated with my weight today.  It is exactly the same as last week.  I know that I will have some plateau's but this stinks!  I guess it wouldn't really bother me as much if I had eaten bad or not worked out, but that's not the case.  I ate really good and worked out 5 times this week.  Hopefully next week will make up for this week!  I'm just going to keep making good choices and hope my weight catches up.

  1. Its just your muscles retaining water from all that exercise, no worries. Yook look great and are doing great! Keep it up...

  2. I agree with Kelli... if you put in more exercise this past week, thats probably the culprit. Your doing great and you definitely look great girl!

    I am so happy we had the opportunity to meet in person and hopefully we can talk more over time and in person next time.

  5. I notice that when I am not losing on the scale that I am losing inches....kinda like my body is catching up with my weight loss. That may be all it is. You are doing great the pictures look great. Chin Up!

  7. If I were you, I'd go check out my food diaries... I usually think I ate great until I go back and see exactly what was happening sodium-wise and with my carbs. Maybe not for you, but I know that's what usually gets me!

  8. Sometimes changing things up a little will help to get you over a hump. Switch up your calories. going from 1200 one day to 900 the next. Or mix up the workouts. you'll get over this, you are doing so wonderful!
