This week I lost 1.0lb for a total of 48.5lbs lost. I'm definitely happy for the loss, but I didn't do my best this week. I did good getting in all of my planned workouts, but I kind of slacked a little on the eating. Nothing horrible, but I know I could have made better food choices this week. That's ok, I am planning on working really hard this week before I head out on vacation.

Speaking of vacation, does anyone have any helpful tips for eating good/exercising while on vacation? It makes me a little nervous to be away from having access to the foods I normally eat and not sure if I'll have trouble eating things or will be able to find healthy choices that agree with my band. Any suggestions would definitely be appreciated!
So the private island didn't end up working out because their house is currently under construction, but we were able to get a condo on the island of Roatan that is so beautiful! The 2nd largest barrier reef in the world is right outside of the resort and you can just swim out to it for amazing snorkeling. Here are some pictures of the resort. I'm so excited. We will stay here for 3 nights, in Tegucigalpa where my sister lives for 3 nights and then I'll be in South Florida for another 3 nights.

So here is my plan before I leave on Saturday (6 days)!
- Workout 5 days. (3 days cardio/strength and 2 days yoga)
- Plan my meals with healthy food choices
- Eat only planned food
- Take vitamins
- Drink at least 64 oz of water
