I saw this picture on a friend's blog and loved it! It's good to refocus sometimes and remember what is important in life and to enjoy those things!
This week I lost 2.2 pounds for a total loss of 38.3 pounds. I'm so excited that the weight is coming off and each week I am feeling better and better! I had a fill scheduled for next Tuesday but I cancelled it because I'm feeling good with the amount I have in my band right now. I haven't been feeling as hungry and I notice myself getting full much faster. I definitely don't want to be too tight so I am going to stick with this for a little while and see how I feel in a few weeks.
Last night I went out with a bunch of friends for a going away party for one of my best friends. She is moving to Oklahoma this weekend and I am so sad. It's only 3 hours away so it will be easy to go visit, but it will still be hard to not see her all the time :(
This weekend is pretty quiet which is good, because it feels like things have been non-stop for awhile now. I'm looking forward to getting some things done around the house and working on a few projects.
Now that I am finally feeling better I need to get back into a workout routine. I worked out this morning and it felt so good. I like working out at the gym, but my roommate has tons of workout videos so I may try that for a little while and see how that goes. What is your favorite workout or your weekly workout routine? (Vote to the right of this post or explain in comments) I need to set a schedule and stick to it, but at this point I'm not sure what I want to do.
