Here is my weight for the Back to Basics challenge this week. I lost 3.6 pounds from last Sunday so I'm super pumped about that, especially since I've been sick all week! I did try and up my calories this week from 800-1,000 to 1,000-1,200. I think that helped and will be better especially when I start working out more.
