Back to Basics Challenge - Week 1



Here is my weight for the Back to Basics challenge this week.  I lost 3.6 pounds from last  Sunday so I'm super pumped about that, especially since I've been sick all week!  I did try and up my calories this week from 800-1,000 to 1,000-1,200.  I think that helped and will be better especially when I start working out more.

Also, here are my body shots for this week.  Hope everyone is doing great on the challenge!  Keep up the good work!!!
